Shipping policy
- OEM endeavours to ship all products within 3 business days. Goods purchased on weekends may not ship until the following Tuesday.
- Customers can request a combined shipping quote however they must provide name, address and email for us to do so.
- OEM reserves the right to vary the buyers selected shipping preference including for if the chosen preference is not available.
- OEM will never ship products using AusPost Economy.
- OEM cannot guarantee the shipping times advertised by third party shipping companies including AuPost, FedEx, DHL and Sendle or the times listed in the shipping options. These are guides only.
